Itxaso graduated from Idaho State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Language Sciences and Education of the Deaf and a Master’s of Science in Speech Language Pathology in 2014. In graduate school, Itxaso’s favorite area of study was orofacial myology, or the study of development and habits of the mouth and articulators. Itxaso has been apart of the Chatterbox team as a Speech-Language Pathologist since 2014. Itxaso started working for Chatterbox in 2009 doing book keeping and other office tasks. She loves working with various children and enjoys her divided caseload of school age kiddos (preferably 1st-8th grade) and little kiddos around 2 ½ years old-5 years old. She has experience working with both speech and language delays. Itxaso also has experience in working with children with AAC devices. Itxaso is a Certified Orofacial Myologist.
