Sherrie has been working as a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1993, in addition to this training she is a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist as well as a Certified Health Coach.In 2011 after seeing the detrimental effects that undiagnosed and untreated Orofacial Disorders could have on individuals from infancy through adulthood she began her career in Myofunctional Therapy. A lifelong learner, she has completed numerous courses and hundreds of hours of post graduate training in the field of Orofacial Myology, She is currently working toward obtaining her Certification through the IAOM as well as Certification as an IBCLC. Sherrie believes that identifying and treating Orofacial Disorders requires a multifaceted approach and collaborates closely with several professionals to provide the highest level of care to her patients.
