I am a licensed dental hygienist and have enjoyed family practice dentistry for over 24 years. I began learning about Myofunctional therapy in 2019 and received my certification in July of 2021. Along my journey, I have been certified in the Buteyko Breathing method as a Level 1 trainer. I have added to my education by learning from Sarah Hornsby in her MyoMentor program in 2020 and by taking Timothy King and Sarah Beech’s TMD Fast and Functional Course. I am continually learning, growing, and enjoying meeting new people in a variety of professions as I practice Myofunctional therapy.
