Born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, Jessica earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Texas Tech University in 2004. In 2007, she graduated with a second bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene Sciences from Texas A&M College of Dentistry. She has received extensive training and certification by IAOM, and began specializing in orofacial myofunctional therapy in 2015. With 15 years of experience in the dental field, today, Jessica own’s and operates iMyo: Orofacial Myology of Central Texas, a small private practice in Georgetown, Texas. As a therapist, she provides care through individualized programs for patients of all ages who have been diagnosed with an Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders. Being a dental hygienist by trade, she is passionate about prevention as well as patient education and strives to take a functional approach to oral healthcare. Jessica works in conjunction with, and is respected by many local Sleep Specialist, ENT’s, Orthodontists, Dentist. Speech Pathologists, Lactation Consultants, and other skilled medical professionals in Austin, and the surrounding areas. Together, they create intradisciplinary teams for comprehensive care. In addition to her career, she a wife to Dr. William C. Cain, and a mother to two children, Ella and Wesley. They share a Christian home, and a French bulldog named Coco Chanel.
